Wonder where he's moving. Seems to have made a dedicated effort to move back to Chicago so indeed I think he'll stay there. Upgrading or downgrading or sidegrading or just changing the view is my guess. Worst case I suppose is that he's having some turmoil in his family.
His damn floors are beautiful, and the listing reads nothing about a music studio in the basement. We know its there, though.
